2018 was the last vintage of the Witch Doctor produced from this special vineyard in the Southern Barossa.

Planted in 1924 and now available to manifest magic in the mouth 100 years later. The fruit was de-stemmed and fermented on skins and hand plunged twice a day for seven days before being pressed into one new French hogs head barrel and another seasoned barrel where it rested for two years. The wine was bottled in 2020 and then left to slumber for four years.

The cheek of beef and the fat of the land the wine awakes from its dormancy with some time to breath and begins its devilish dark fruit dance. Chocolate and liquorice linger on the palate rolling with a romantic ripeness and alluring elegance.
