Viognier and a handful of early pick Shiraz bunches were de-stemmed by passive palms and co-fermented and plunged over 13 days. Basket pressed and gravity fed to barrel this wine is primordial in its creation and is as easy to drink as cordial.

Strawberry sherbet, raspberry, peach and apricot aromatics arouse the olfactory. A complex creamy composition pairs pleasingly with robust red fruits on the palate creating a fresh and textural light and bright summer red wine.
