Born in the vineyards of Baron Von Warbler in Marananga the Anthropomorphic Ambrosia gives grapes in this potation a personality.

Fermented on skins for 7 days before being basket pressed to second and third use American hogsheads. The wine goes through a natural secondary fermentation before being racked and returned to barrel where it is left to introspect and meditate for 18months before bottling.

Blackberry, black cherry, beetroot and butterscotch all blend together in a well balanced and buxom Barossa Shiraz. Slight notes of salt, soft gentle tannins and generous length.
